Navajo-Churro Ewes

Navajo-Churro Sheep

Navajo-Churro sheep are a medium sized coarse wool breed. Similar colors to the Shetlands, with the exception that some of the Churros carry Extension dominance. My Churro program is to continue to provide luscious Churro wool, appropriate fleeces but on the finer, softer side and I do register them with the Navajo-Churro Sheep Association. Folks who are buying these fleeces are handspinning them for weaving weft and using them in felting projects. Lamb fleeces are soft enough for next to the skin usage if spun softly.

We plan to update this section of our website soon with information about the sheep we are offering for sale. Please check back.

These yearling ewes are "showing me the butt", a common site when viewing Churros.
